The Process

How Dyno Tuning Works

During a Tuned By Luke dyno tuning session, one of our technicians will strap your vehicle to the dynamometer and run it through a series of controlled pulls. We measure real-time power and torque at the wheels while adjusting the ECU calibration for optimal performance.

We fine-tune the fuel-air mixture, ignition timing, boost control, and other parameters specific to your setup. Whether you're running stock or a fully built engine, we calibrate to suit — safely extracting every bit of performance without compromising reliability.

Every tune comes with before and after dyno sheets so you can see exactly what was gained.

E85 & Flex Fuel

E85 Tuning Specialists

E85 ethanol fuel is one of the best performance upgrades available — more octane, cooler intake temps, and the ability to run more timing and boost safely. But it requires a proper tune to take advantage of.

At Tuned By Luke, we specialise in E85 and flex fuel conversions. We'll upgrade your fuel system as needed (injectors, fuel pump, lines), flash your ECU with a custom E85 map, and dyno-tune the result to make sure it's running clean and making power.

We also offer flex fuel tuning — a single tune that automatically adjusts between E85 and 98 octane depending on what's in the tank. Perfect if you want the option to run either fuel without switching maps.
